Welcome to XP Fitness, I believe fitness is the first step in living a good life. Whether you’re an everyday person looking to move better and kick ass into your 90s or you’re an athlete chasing a dream, I believe I can get you the results you want.
I am here to support your journey, but the hard part is up to you!
I started training in 2018 and from 2018-2021 all of my training was trial and error. I had a small group of Ultimate Frisbee Athletes, who I worked out with a couple days a week. I did the programming and teaching of the movements. I learned a lot about what worked and didn’t work. Some days would feel like the best workouts ever, others would feel like I had no idea what I was doing. But I was committed to learn and get better. In 2021 I went full time fitness and haven’t looked back since. Continuing to train Ultimate Frisbee Athletes, but expanding my scope to everyday people ranging from my old ladies with double knee replacements to corporate VPs looking to move more throughout their day.
I believe hard work pays off and consistency is the recipe for success. I create training programs that are effective, flexible, and rooted in long-term progress - not quick fixes. My approach blends strength training, conditioning, and sport-specific development to help you move and feel better.
Everyone is welcome, every goal is valid, but if this was going to be easy everyone would do it.
